Apart from the above activities I also love to play the piano and have various gigs on a Friday and Saturday evening in the Healy Room of the Brisbane's Tattersall's Club, as well as playing for weddings.

With lots of enthusiasm I perform on a regular bases to provide dinner music to entertain the dining members and their guests at the Tattersall's Club. I love to play the favourite songs for the regular guests to ensure that their restaurant experience is more than exquisite food and wine. Furthermore I receive requests to play at weddings, parties, product launches, and business events. In case there is no piano available .... No problem, I bring my own white Roland Digital Piano, which sounds like a true Grand Piano and more.

I also write software for Foreign Exchange Traders, mainly special indicators and EAs (Expert Advisors) at the request of private traders. EAs are automated trading systems that must be used as plug-ins into MT4, a well-known free software trading package. My time serving the hospitality industry resulted in the development of Double Dutch Fine Foods, where we supplied cafés, restaurants, hotels, bars and take-aways with cakes and biscuits. The later are from time to time still coming out of my kitchen oven for the pleasure and enjoyment of our family and friends.

In 2016 I married Dr. Arini Verwer, who is a well-known and highly experienced family and business coach in the field of Moral and Character Education.  Her success rate with difficult relationship situations is close to 100%.
